ICEQUER offers OEM services for customers' products, such as musical tuning knobs, hand tool handles, bird scare devices (owl-shaped) (cat-shaped), etc. When the customer provides the model, we'll discuss the product dimension drawings, the material properties, and their openness to our suggestions for modifying the product style. The minimum order quantity for each production run must meet the current quoted demand. Production may be required for 24 hours based on order demand.

Can OEM products include our logo?

Yes, we can add your logo. Engraving the logo depends on whether the material allows it.
Engraving the logo in the mold core refers to finding a position in the mold where the logo can be engraved, carving out a module that can accommodate the size of the logo, and putting a module with the engraved logo in the mold. That module is the mold core.

Do you provide warranty services?

We do not offer warranties, but with over 35 years of manufacturing experience, our product defect rate is very low. After processing, we conduct quality inspections before packaging and shipping.

I already have samples. Can you manufacture them for me?

Yes, we can. However, we will still need to discuss specifics with you before confirming the order. We are willing to discuss with you.
